Why they go fast

These eggs sell out fast. That's not a sales line, it's just what happens when hens lay on their own schedule and the whole town wants them.

Checking with me first is what makes this work. It means you never drive out for nothing, and it means when you show up, your eggs are ready and they're fresh.

How it started

My husband Al and I just wanted enough eggs for the two of us. That was the whole plan.

I still remember finding my very first egg, back in early 2019. I don't think I stopped smiling all day.

Al built every pen and every coop on this farm with his own hands.

I couldn't have done any of this without him. He does the repairs, he hauls the feed, and he is my number one helper. This was our dream together, and he's the reason it stands up.

I've lived in St. Cloud for over forty years and I've loved farming and caring for animals my whole life. These days that love goes to my hens. They're pasture raised, they're spoiled, and they lay in just about every color you can think of.

I love what I do and I do what I love, and that's providing the highest quality eggs to high quality people.
